• Strategic Change Planning: Lead the development and implementation of strategic change initiatives aligned with the overall Future Energy Home (FEH) strategy and make decisions on the sequencing and prioritization of transformation projects
• Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of transformation initiatives across Future Energy Home (FEH) and make decisions on communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with markets and teams to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with business unit goals and make decisions coordination to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Talent Development and Training: Develop training programs with HR to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce in alignment with transformation goals and make decisions on talent development initiatives and learning resources

A convincing background

• A successfully completed university degree, preferably in business administration, business psychology or organizational development, as well as first experience in the energy industry
• Several years of in-depth experience (min. 3 years) in transformation management, change management or in a strategic planning function
• Certifications in project management or change management are an advantage
• The ability to lead organizational change initiatives and drive cultural change as well as strong communication and presentation skills
• Strategic and joined-up thinking, as well as holistic methodical project management to align transformation initiatives with Future Energy Home (FEH) goals
• A positive can-do attitude and an analytical, structured and independent way of working
• Creative openness to innovation and a forward-thinking and innovative approach to drive continuous improvement
• The ability to work in an international environment, combined with business fluent German language skills (C1) and very good English language skills (B2) - other languages are a plus
